We are particularly well versed in residential and commercial landlord tenant issues and handle dozens of evictions case each week. Because we understand that regaining possession of a compromised property is of premium importance to landowners, we have established a qualified team of legal investigators and process servers that can efficiently locate and serve defaulting tenants in a timely fashion, which allows the landowner to successfully reclaim possession of their property at the earliest possible moment. Once a landowner determines that a tenant must be evicted, we are usually able to file the eviction within hours of notice from the landlord. All eviction cases are handled on an affordable flat rate basis.

The Porto Law Firm also represents a number of Homeowners Associations throughout the area. We have been retained to draft and revise Homeowners restrictions and covenants, and also to prosecute members of the Association that have breached these agreements.
